How a product has not evolved in over 30 years

The questions still remains unanswered –why are we still administering a 30 plus year old personality and aptitude based assessments without a call to action? Think about the last time you used the same product or service that you used over 30 years ago – perhaps vinyl records are coming back and bell bottoms have become fashionable once again; however I challenge you to think of something you are still using that is over 30 years old and is still effective in today’s era (spouses do not count)?
